1. Service Agreements
All client engagements, timelines, deliverables, and payment milestones are governed by project statements of work (SOW) confirmed between Muhiim Digital Agency and the client.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon complete payment of project invoices, all custom logos, graphic assets, source code, and design files produced specifically for the client become the sole property of the client.
3. Hosting & Uptime SLA
We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for managed cloud hosting servers. Routine maintenance is scheduled with prior notice during low-traffic off-peak hours.
4. Limitation of Liability
Muhiim Digital Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party service provider outages beyond our immediate operational control.
